This is a very simple easy to make recipe from my grandmom's kitchen.

- Tapioca
- Parboiled Rice [Idly Rice] - 1 Cup. Soak for 2 hours
- Cinnamon
- Cloves
- Aniseed
- Salt
- Red Chillies
- Onions
- Coriander
- Curry Leaves
Method:
- Soak rice for 2 hours
- Wash tapioca and Peel the skin. Smash it well
- Cut Onions, Coriander & Curry Leaves
- Grind Smashed Tapioca,Idly Rice, Cinnamon, Cloves, Aniseed, Red Chillies & Salt Coarsely. Add cut Onions ,Coriander & Curry leaves to this
- Add oil to pan. Make small balls out of the mixture & Press it to get a flat structure.Fry till it turns brown
