Vacation

One of the most overlooked things in mind set of Indian population is vacation. Spending some money and time for a vacation is looked up as unforgivable sin @ times. People feel guilty to take a break out of their routine to pamper themselves. Vacation might not necessarily be taking a trip. It can even  be like spending some personal time to do something that we like and always wanted to do. I don't understand the purpose of work and earning a lot when you don't get to do what you like. Where will we get a satisfaction of living our life to the fullest. Some people defend themselves by saying they like the work they do and hence they don't need vacation. Fine. If your work is the one and only desire you have for this life you may be correct in not needing a vacation. But thats not the usual case. People cheat themselves most of the time with this reason. I'm not quite sure if its always like this throughout the history or something that started recently. But this is something we should understand and change.

A good peaceful full filling vacation is all that required for fueling yourself back with the energy that has been drained out by your daily routines. Don't deprive yourself of fun in the name of hard work!!
